The Name: Arzei Darom

The name "Arzei Darom" is the Hebrew translation of "South of Cedar" and was named as a play on words, since we are located in the part of Teaneck that is South of Cedar Lane.  We soon began to realize that this name is as unique as our synagogue is - you certainly won't find another Arzei Darom in a neighboring community.
